AIBC Thailand was established in 2002, shortly after its founder, Mrs. Siriwimol Sithiprasasana (known as Khun O, P’O or Na O), decided to conclude her ownership of KiddyKare (1990-2001), one of Bangkok’s first large-scale international kindergartens, in order to pursue new endeavours.

Initially offering bespoke English language programmes and study tours around the world, the primary focus shifted to UK Boarding when Khun O’s husband joined the business in 2015. Since then, Siri and Merrick, with a dedicated team in tow, have worked tirelessly to familiarise themselves with schools and support providers across Great Britain. As a result, they have become synonymous with placing the interests of their families first and matching students to schools that are the right ‘fit’.

In addition to long-term placements, a range of short-term ‘summer’ programmes are also offered throughout the calendar year. This includes immersion opportunities for students wanting to experience boarding school life as well as university life.

AIBC Thailand is a member of the Thai International Education Consultants Association (TIECA) and the British Boarding Schools Network (BBSN) which requires regular attendance at UK Boarding School workshops. AIBC Thailand is also accredited by the British Council (Thailand) and regularly attends seminars on UK visa applications and receives updates on international education developments.
